Sound Stage 9, LLC (“Sound Stage 9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information associated with our text messaging program.

When you sign up for or interact with our SMS program, we may collect:
Your name and mobile phone number.
Your messaging preferences.
Records of your consent, including when and how you subscribed.
Messages you send to us.
Message delivery and interaction information provided by our messaging platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to send the types of messages you agreed to receive, which may include lesson reminders, scheduling updates, school announcements, event information, enrollment opportunities, and promotional offers.
We also use this information to respond to questions, maintain consent and opt-out records, and operate and improve our messaging program.
SMS Consent
We obtain consent before sending marketing text messages. Consent to receive marketing messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing lessons, enrolling in a program, or receiving services.
Providing a phone number for enrollment or scheduling does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS subscriber information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We use service providers, including Brevo and telecommunications providers, to support message delivery and program operation. These providers may process information as necessary to provide services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Opting Out and Getting Help
You may unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a text message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Afterward, we will stop sending messages from that program unless you subscribe again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your enrollment or services with Sound Stage 9.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the SMS program, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may retain consent and opt-out records to document your preferences and prevent unwanted messages.
Your Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your SMS-related personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information needed for legal obligations or to honor your opt-out.
Children’s Privacy
Our SMS program is intended for adults, including parents and legal guardians communicating on behalf of students. We do not knowingly collect SMS subscription information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has subscribed, please contact us so we can remove their information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
