SMS Information and Consent Restrictions

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS subscriber information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers process delivery information as necessary to operate our SMS program on our behalf.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our website.

You can manage cookies through your browser and, where available, our website’s cookie preference controls. Disabling some cookies may affect website features.

6. Email and Text Messaging

We may send service communications about enrollment, billing, lessons, schedules, and program participation.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You may also contact us to update your communication preferences.

We obtain consent before sending marketing text messages. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or enrolling in our programs. Providing a phone number for scheduling or enrollment does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our SMS program. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the details below.

Opting out of marketing communications does not cancel your enrollment or payment obligations. We may continue necessary service communications through other appropriate channels.

7. Children’s and Student Privacy

We serve students of different ages, including children. Enrollment and online information submissions for children under 13 should be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

We collect student information from parents or guardians and through authorized program administration. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly online from children under 13 without legally required parental notice and verifiable consent.

If we learn that we collected information directly online from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Parents and legal guardians may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information, or to withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify the requester’s identity and authority before responding.

8. Photos, Videos, and Recordings

We may create photos, videos, or audio recordings during lessons, performances, recording sessions, and events.

Promotional use of identifiable student media is governed by applicable permissions and separate media releases. This Privacy Policy does not itself grant permission to use a student’s likeness, voice, performance, or creative work.

For minors, we seek permission from a parent or legal guardian for promotional uses. Contact us to discuss media preferences or request that we stop future promotional use.

Removal requests are subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements. We may be unable to retrieve printed materials or copies independently shared by others.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and limit access to authorized individuals.

No website, communication system, or storage method is completely secure. If a security incident occurs, we will provide notices as required by applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate educational and business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.

Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. We may retain limited consent and opt-out records to document permissions and prevent unwanted communications.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of information and opt out of its sale, targeted advertising, or certain automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
